Fall 2023 Mini Photography Session Calendar 

I would love to spend time photographing your family this fall! This year, I will be doing Mini Sessions (15 minutes) & Long Sessions (60 minutes) again. Details are below and please reach out with any questions! 

Fall Mini Sessions are $415 and will last 15 minutes. Clients can expect between 40-50 final images in an online gallery and will receive their images within two weeks of the photoshoot. These will take place at a new Lost Creek Greenbelt location from years past. Sessions are scheduled back to back, so please arrive early and be ready to go.  All sessions are inclusive of taxes and include the rights to your edited, digital images. There is no deposit required to book and payment is due at the time of your session. Mini Sessions availability is on the calendar - you can sign up and cancel directly there. 

Fall Long Sessions are $850 and are perfect for larger family gatherings or private sessions. Clients can expect between 75-100 final images and will receive their images within two weeks of the photoshoot. These sessions are 60 minutes and can be a mix of extended family, headshots, newborns or any photographs of your choice. These are also available at your location of choice (home, outdoor or another venue). Travel fees may incur, depending on location. All sessions are inclusive of taxes and include the rights to your edited digital images. There is a $100 deposit required to book these sessions and final payment is due at the time of your session. Long Sessions must be booked via email... please reach out for availability.

Q : Where are Mini Sessions this year :  Mini Sessions will take place off Augusta National Drive in Lost Creek, in Austin. This is a new location from years past. I will park on the south side of the street, there are stairs down the the greenbelt there, as well as a creek and bridge. The best address to locate the entrance is 6400 Augusta National Drive, Austin, Texas 78746.

Q : What if there are no available time slots : This year I have a limited amount of sessions available so I’d encourage you to book early. I try to offer a variety of days to fit different schedules and needs. I always have back up dates for bad weather and I will release these throughout if needed. If all available dates book up, please email me and I'll add you to my waitlist and you’ll get an email if additional dates are opened. However, please know private sessions are available for booking at any time! 

Q : What if you need to cancel : To cancel, please do so on the email you received after scheduling your mini session or reach out to me immediately (email : claire@clairemccormack.com or call/text 830.456.6063) as soon as possible, so I can release your slot to someone waiting. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your session or are a no-show, you will receive a $150.00 invoice,  so please be mindful in booking.
